Insurance companies move quickly for a reason. The faster a case closes, the less they risk.
At Rudez Law, we don’t rush outcomes.
We slow the process down to do it right. We gather the full medical picture. We calculate long-term impact. We prepare as if the case will be tested. Because sometimes it is.
Dan stays directly involved from start to finish. When you call, you speak to the person responsible for the strategy. When decisions are made, they’re made with intention—not pressure.
You deserve more than a fast answer.
You deserve full accountability.
You work directly with Dan Rudez—every step, every decision.
No theatrics. No exaggerated promises. Just preparation and pressure applied deliberately.
Recovery is pursued for medical care, lost income, long-term impact, and the disruption to your life—not surface-level damage.
Serving Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and surrounding communities with personal commitment and cultural fluency.
This firm is small by design. One office. One lawyer. One mission: full accountability.

We make sure you fully comprehend the details of your case, regardless of your language.

You will not be talked over.
